Deep Fascia Release Online sessions

I’m happy to invite you to a new block of Deep Fascia Release online sessions starting in April.

These sessions are for those who joined the in-person workshop. You already know the basics and now it’s about staying consistent. And practicing together makes it so much easier.

I know building a new habit can be challenging, so if you’d like a bit support, it would be lovely to practice together in April.

We will build a foundation by focusing on the feet, calves and shin muscles.

There will also be four longer sessions where we’ll include upper legs, glutes, back and neck.

  • Tuesdays, 7.30 PM 
     April  7th  | 14th  | 21st | 28th
  • Fridays, 7.30 PM

    April 10th | 17th | 24st

  • Price: €44 for the full series (7 sessions)

    four 60-minute sessions

    three 30-minute sessions (focusing on the feet, calves and shin muscles)

    Recordings will be sent after each session


❋ Here are the rollers I use most often, so you can decide what you’d like to have at home:

  • Ball (8 cm) – tennis ball or similar

  • Mini roller – for shins and feet (you can also use a ball)

  • Roller – calves, legs, glutes, back, neck

  • Duo ball – back, neck, calves, forearms, pelvis

  • Ball (12 cm) – glutes, hamstrings, chest, neck
