Deep Fascia Release |Online Studio

Feel lighter in your body, build the foundation of good posture and come back to yourself.

Do you have recurring knee problems, hip or pelvic tension, back pain? Do you work at a computer, sit for long hours and feel it in your shoulders, neck and your whole posture?

Or maybe you're a mum who carries, cuddles and supports a little one all day long, holding space for all their emotions.

Deep Fascia Release is a form of self-massage in which we work with fascia, a network of connective tissue that surrounds and connects muscles, joints and structures throughout the body. Using a ball and a foam roller, you gradually release tensions that have built up over the years.

This practice will help you reduce tension in the fascia and build a solid foundation for your whole body.

As a result, you will recover faster after exercise, feel lighter in your legs and notice how your whole posture changes. This practice also helps to release tensions that regularly appear in the body on an ongoing basis. It's a bit like brushing your teeth but for your body.

We always start with the feet, because that's where everything begins. First we release tension in the lower legs: feet, calves and shin muscles. This is an essential foundation — without it, working with the deeper fascial layers in the hips and pelvis will not bring full results.

What's included in the Online Studio:

  • 9 recorded sessions

  • Introduction to Fascia Release Techniques

  • 3 x 30-minute sessions — feet, calves and shins

  • 5 x 60-minute sessions — Superficial Front and Back Line, including: quads, hamstrings, glutes, back and neck

The practice I will share with you has a specific structure and every element of it matters. All of this is to create the right conditions for fascial tissue regeneration, and as a result reduce tension, pain, stiffness, numbness and cramps.

Who is this for?

  • You accumulate tension in your body and know you need to work with it regularly

  • You run or do a lot of sport and want to avoid injuries and achieve better results

  • You have back pain

  • You have tension in your legs or frequent cramps

  • You have had a foot, ankle or knee injury

  • You are looking for a way to feel better in your body and build a deeper connection with it

This practice is for everyone. Even if you don't struggle with any specific pain, your body still needs regeneration. And everything starts with the foundation: feet, calves and shins.

What you'll need:

  • A ball (similar in size to a tennis ball, no smaller)

  • A mini roller (I like to use it for the feet and shin muscles, but you can use a ball instead)

  • A large roller, preferably smooth without spikes (I use it for the glutes and larger areas of the body: thighs, back and for working with tension in the neck)

Hi, my name is Ania!

The human body never stops fascinating me, its connections, layers, memory and ability to regenerate. For over 15 years I have been working as a Shiatsu therapist and deep tissue massage specialist, combining the knowledge of Chinese Medicine with fascia and myofascial lines.

Since 2017 I have been running fascia release workshops and I keep discovering how much regular, mindful bodywork can change.

I can't wait to share this with you.
