With conscious breathing and a clear structure, the whole session supports your body to release and relax step by step.
This is a simple structure that you can easily repeat and practice on your own at home.

I'm a massage therapist with over 15 years of experience. I studied Shiatsu and Chinese Medicine and love weaving this knowledge into every session, workshop, and class I offer. I'm a qualified foam rolling & fascial release instructor, teaching people how to work with tight fascia and muscles in a safe and effective way.

My intention is to create a space where you can release tension and tune into your body. I hope to give you tools that will help you release deeply stored tension, and better understand and connect with your body.

Hips & Pelvis |Deep Fascia Release Self- Massage Workshop
During this workshop we'll explore the Lateral Line, which in Shiatsu and Chinese Medicine corresponds to the Gallbladder Meridian. It runs along the sides of your body from the feet and IT band, through the hips, neck and head. Working with this line will improve mobility in your hips and pelvis, and help release tension in your legs, neck and jaw.
We work with deep tension in a gentle and safe way.
