I’m delighted to invite you to regular Self-Massage workshops that I run in Mullingar, Longford and Kilbeggan.

I'm a massage therapist with over 10 years of experience. I studied Shiatsu and Chinese Medicine and love weaving this knowledge into every session, workshop, and class I offer. I also run Deep Fascia Release – Self-Massage workshops, where I teach how to work with tight muscles and fascia in a safe, effective, and mindful way.

My intention is to create a space where you can release tension and tune into your body. Without rushing or trying to "fix" anything, I hope to provide you with tools that will help you better understand and connect with your body.

Hips & Pelvis: Deep Fascia Release workshop

If your hips feel tight, heavy, “stuck”, clicking or restricted in movement — this practice will help you bring ease, mobility and balance back into this area.
We’ll work slowly and safely, using rollers, balls and breath to release deep layers of tension and create more space in your body.
Join us for a small, women-only group and give your body the chance to finally soften and let go.

I now roll my feet daily, following Anna's direction, which has really helped to reduce aches and pains not only in my arches, but also my calf muscles and hamstrings.   • After only one session in a supportive group of women of all ages, my muscles felt like they could relax and release for the first time in months. Anna is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle in her approach and supportive in adapting various movements to meet individual needs. All week after our classes, I'm more aware of my body, my posture, what movements are beneficial and to be gentler with myself. And I look forward to getting back to class. She has different foam rolling equipment for different movements, that are all very easy to follow and so effective in getting deep into muscle tension. I've been nervously thinking about foam rolling for years and now feel confident in using them. There's no pain, only relief as my muscles sigh, and the class is fun with some deep sighs and laughter too. I can't recommend Anna and her massage and classes enough.
