6-Week Deep Fascia Release Course
Starting September 9th | KILBEGGAN
This course is an invitation to better understand your body, build a foundation for how you move and feel, release tension, and learn how to support your body through fascia release techniques.
What to expect:
This practice will help you reduce tension that is deeply stored in your body. We'll be focusing on building a solid foundation so the effects of this work are long lasting.
Weāll explore both the fascial and energetic aspects of the body, working with fascial lines and meridians through a dedicated sequence and breathing patterns.
This course is a great starting point if youāre new to this practice, and a chance to come back to regular practice if youāve joined me before.
If youāve been wanting to make a real difference in the way you feel in your body, start here.
6-Week Deep Fascia Release Course

Small, women only group
Deep Fascia Release
is a form of self-massage in which we work with fascia, a network of connective tissue that surrounds and connects muscles, joints and structures throughout the body. Using a ball and a foam roller, you gradually release tensions that have built up over the years.
As a result, you will recover faster after exercise, feel lighter in your legs and notice how your whole posture changes. This practice also helps to release tensions that regularly appear in the body on an ongoing basis. It's a bit like brushing your teeth but for your body.
We always start with the feet, because that's where everything begins. First we release tension in the lower legs: feet, calves and shin muscles. This is an essential foundation ā without it, working with the deeper fascial layers in the hips and pelvis will not bring full results.

Hello! Iām Anna
I'm a massage therapist with over 15 years of experience. I studied Shiatsu and Chinese Medicine and love weaving this knowledge into every session, workshop, and class I offer. I'm a qualified foam rolling & fascial release instructor, teaching people how to work with tight fascia and muscles in a safe and effective way.
My intention is to create a space where you can release tension and tune into your body. I hope to give you tools that will help you release deeply stored tension, and better understand and connect with your body.
Looking forward to seeing you!
