Deep Fascia Release Online sessions
New series starting 9th November |
Recordings available
If you're new here, welcome! I'm so glad you found your way to this work.
We’re starting a new block of Deep Fascia Release online sessions in November
This is for you if you're new to this space and want to start working with tension in your body. This practice will help you reduce tension in the fascia and build a solid foundation for your whole body.
We'll meet once a week and build a solid foundation so you can feel looser, more grounded and connected to your body.
❋
We will build a foundation by focusing on the feet, calves and shin muscles. The practice I will share with you has a specific structure and every element of it matters. All of this is to create the right conditions for fascial tissue regeneration, and as a result reduce tension, pain, stiffness, numbness and cramps.
Deep Fascia Release is a form of self-massage in which we work with fascia, a network of connective tissue that surrounds and connects muscles, joints and structures throughout the body. Using a ball and a foam roller, you gradually release tensions that have built up over the years.
Who is this for?
You run or do a lot of sport and want to avoid injuries and achieve better results
You have tension in your legs or frequent cramps
You have back pain
You have had a foot, ankle or knee injury
You are looking for a way to feel better in your body and build a deeper connection with it
This practice is for everyone. Even if you don't struggle with any specific pain, your body still needs regeneration. And everything starts with the foundation: feet, calves and shins.
Hi, my name is Ania!
The human body never stops fascinating me, its connections, layers, memory and ability to regenerate. For over 15 years I have been working as a Shiatsu therapist and deep tissue massage specialist, combining the knowledge of Chinese Medicine with fascia and myofascial lines.
Since 2017 I have been running fascia release workshops and I keep discovering how much regular, mindful bodywork can change.
I can't wait to share this with you.
