Massage Workshop

Join us for a relaxed 3-hour workshop and learn how to give nourishing massage and how to receive one too.

Bring someone you love - a partner, friend, or family member - and spend meaningful time together. It’s a beautiful way to deepen your connection through safe, caring touch.

Learn how to offer a safe and relaxing 30-minute massage session (or longer). You don’t need to be strong or have strong hands to join. I’ll show you how to use your body weight instead.

I’ve been working with the body for over 15 years (and over 10 years as a Shiatsu therapist), and one thing I keep seeing is this:

something shifts when we start really listening through touch. It doesn’t come from complicated techniques, but from presence and attention.

I’ll guide you through a simple massage sequence inspired by Shiatsu. No previous experience needed, everything is designed to be easy to follow and repeat at home.

We’ll be working on futons and mats on the floor (no massage table needed), using body weight rather than force.

What you’ll learn:

  • A simple, effective massage sequence

  • How to work on the back and legs (with your partner lying face down)

  • How to use your body in a comfortable, safe way

  • Tips to protect your posture while giving massage

  • How to share caring, relaxed touch with someone you love

  • This is not about doing things perfectly it’s about connecting, exploring, and enjoying the process.
