Shiatsu will support this journey on physical and energetic levels, creating space within your body for new vision. When the body holds pain and emotions can't flow, it's difficult to create anything new. Shiatsu releases stagnation, calms your nervous system, and brings profound relaxation.
I'll guide you in creating an intention that reflects what you truly long for. We'll also work with beautiful oracle cards.

What to wear: Comfortable clothing – tracksuit/joggers, long-sleeved top (no hoodie), socks. We'll be working on a futon, close to the ground.
